Your account manager will oversee your project from the conception. The team at Innovate is here to make sure your experience is a seamless one. Should you need help with your script, talent, suggestions, or technical questions, please contact your account manager. They can make suggestions or just help you bounce ideas around. He/She will be your point of contact for the remainder of the project.
Scripts -- Your script, simply put, are the words that your video talent/spokesperson or spokesperson will read. A special template has been developed by Innovate Media, that makes it simple and easy to get your first draft going. A good rule of thumb -- is one page equals one minute. So keep that in mind when thinking about your message and how best to get viewers engaged. To download this template, please click here: Script Template. Spokesperson -- Your talent/spokesperson can be chosen simply by clicking this link: Talent. For specific example of a particular actor/actress, please contact your sales representative.
Wardrobe -- Please make sure to let your sales representative know your ideas or likes/dislikes on clothes. Be specific (i.e. black blazer, hair in ponytail, etc.). We want to make sure your spokesperson is dressing the part!
Roll Camera -- The day of the Innovate Media shoot, you will be given the option to attend. Should you be unable to attend, your account manager will be on hand to make sure the details that you have told them are executed. A typical shoot day consists of the following:
Shoot day begins early with lights, camera, and sound setup early in the morning. Actors/Actresses are sent a Call Sheet to show their time of arrival. A make-up artist is also in studio to attend to hair/make-up and of course the wardrobe you have selected. Your account manager is also in studio, as well as the Innovate Media producer, to review the final script and details of your Ad. After a few read-throughs of your script, it's now time to shoot. We make sure to get several great takes to ensure your satisfaction. And we always go with the best!
Post Production/Delivery -- Post production is all done in-house, so your account manager and producer are able to make view and revise easily. Once your video has completed post-production, an e-mail with the code is sent directly to you. it's a simple line of code that will take less than 5 minutes to add to your website.
