Marketing Plan
A marketing plan outlines the specific
actions you intend to carry out to interest
potential customers and clients in your
product and/or service and persuade
them to buy the product and/or services
you offer.
Market Segmentation
Market segmentation is a method of selecting
groups of consumers to which advertising
appeals will be targeted. It is based
on the idea (generally but not always
true) that consumers who share certain
measurable traits can be expected to
respond to advertising appeals in similar
ways.
Meta Search Engine
A search engine that gets listings from
two or more other search engines, rather
than through its own efforts.
Meta Description Tag
Allows page authors to say how they
would like their pages described when
listed by search engines. Not all search
engines use the tag.
Meta Keywords Tag
Allows page authors to add text to a
page to help with the search engine
ranking process. Not all search engines
use the tag.
