Client
When one program is designed to be the
director or action computer in a two
or more computer communiction. The computer
that responds to the client is called
a server. A browser is a Client, and
a web server is a server.
Consumer Behavior
The study of consumer behavior examines
all aspects of consumers’ feelings,
thoughts, and reasons for making particular
decisions in purchasing products or
services or subscribing to ideas, and
also how consumers use and dispose of
products.
Direct Marketing
The process by which an advertiser sends
their advertising message directly to
their customers or potential customers.
Two popular forms of this are direct
marketing by telephone and mail.
Database Marketing
Whereby customer information, stored
in an electronic database, is utilised
for targeting marketing activities.
Information can be a mixture of what
is gleaned from previous interactions
with the customer and what is available

Direct Mail
Direct mail is the most common form
of direct marketing, advertising that
conveys its messages straight to the
consumer or another business rather
than using an intervening medium such
as television or print advertising.
