Internet Advertising
The internet is the newest media for
advertising products or services. Unlike
other media, the internet serves as
both a communications channel and a
transaction and distribution channel,
allowing consumers to receive information,
make purchases, and send payment all
in the same place.
Internal Marketing
The process of eliciting support for
a company and its activities among its
own employees, in order to encourage
them to promote its goals. This process
can happen at a number of levels, from
increasing awareness of individual products
or marketing campaigns, to explaining
overall business strategy.
Lead
Term used to describe a person or company
that has expressed interest in an offer.
Companies follow up on leads in hopes
of converting them into customers.
Lead Product
A type of product, may be sold at a
loss, that is used to help companies
generate new customers.
Life Time Value
Term used to describe the monetary value
of a customer to a company over the
customers lifetime.
